The World has shifted online.....more and more people are loving the flexibility of being able to access live and interactive classes online from the comfort and safety of their own home. In fact I have always offered this for clients who live further afield or perhaps feel more comfortable learning in their own home. No need to arrange pet or baby sitting!
About Live Online HypnoBirthing- How does it work?

I have moved all of my wonderful HypnoBirthing courses online. I am continuing to provide the same important and amazing birth preparation SUPPORT to parents preparing to meet their baby with LIVE ONLINE HypnoBirthing Classes from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you choose to make sure you feel PREPARED and fully SUPPORTED.
All classes will be live with ME via Zoom so completely interactive ensuring you are guided every step of the way and able to ask questions and in groups make those important connections with other expectant parents. All you will need is a computer or phone with a camera (yes, I do need to be able to see you please), a cup or glass of your favourite beverage and your time.
You will just need to have downloaded the Zoom app on your phone (if you are using it) or a little bit of software on your computer – super easy even for a techno phoebe like me!
The course content, support and materials will be exactly the same as my in person course just more convenient and works much better than you might think for an online course still totally supported by ME every step of the way.
